Edition of contributions presented at workshop ’Constitutionalism and Covid-19: Broadening the Lens’, organized by Alumni Neus Vidal-Martí and Alain Zysset, is now online.

This special issue was published by the journal Jus Cogens and gathers contributions presented at the research workshop held at the Villa Mondragone in Rome on September 30th to October 1st, 2021. The workshop’s aim was to offer a multidisciplinary approach to the constitutional significance of the pandemic across and over Europe. Working with a plural and reflexive understanding of the ‚constitution‘, the workshop also explored different forms of informing as well as contrasting and challenging each other across disciplines with regard to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The publication picks up these discussions and collects contributions by Gabor Halmai, Emre Turkut, Neus Vidal Martí and Alain Zysset.
