The conference „Rule of Law, Resilience and Erosion - The Interplay Between Institutional Design and Everday Practice”, which is organized by re:constitution Alumnus Csaba Győry will take place between October 12 and 14 in a hybrid format at the Institute for Legal Studies (Centre for Social Sciences) in Budapest, Hungary.
The aim of the conference is to discuss institutional preconditions for the resilience of the rule of law in the face of threats and instrumentalizations of the legal and administrative system that might occur in the course of erosions of the rule of law.
