The event aims to provide a comprehensive constitutional legal perspective on the recent reforms of the rule of law in Poland and to explore the legal implications, post-election possibilities, and solutions to reinforce the rule of law. Bringing together a diverse group of participants, including legal scholars, professionals, civil society representatives, and policymakers, it is an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about the recent developments, aiming for a deeper understanding of the situation. Viable solutions to promote democracy and the rule of law will also be explored.
